1. REPLACE THE WHEEL SHOULD CHOOSE THE ORIGINAL SPECIFICATIONS, SUCH AS 150 DIAMETER CAN NOT INTERCHANGEABLE BY 175 DIAMETER WHEEL.
2. SELECT HIGH-PERFORMANCE GRINDING WHEEL, PERFORMANCE OF NO.1, 2, 3 SHOULD BE CONSISTENT, OR THERE WILL BE A BOTTLENECK WITH THE DIFFERENT LEVEL WHEEL.
3. THE GRIT OF THE GRINDING WHEEL SHOULD BE REASONABLE. IN PRINCIPLE, THE OVERALL EFFICIENCY SHOULD BE GUARANTEED. THE LATTER WHEEL SHOULD BE ABLE TO CORRECT THE CHIPPED EDGE MARKS OF THE PREVIOUS WHEEL AND KEEP APPROACHING BRIGHT.
4. DEBUGGING CAN NOT RELY ON AMMETER AMPLITUDE OR NOISE EXPERIENCE, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BACK OUT OF THE GLASS TO CHECK THE WEAR MARKS. BALANCES 1, 2 AND 3 SHOULD BE CLOSE TO 7.5: 2: 0.5, NO.2 GRINDING AMOUNT SHOULD BE CONTROLLED WITHIN 1MM.
5. WHEEL SHOULD BE ADOPTED THE INNER AND OUTER RING WORK (THAT IS, THE ANGLE OF THE WHEEL), THE PROCESS PROPORTION OF RING INNER AND OUTER CLOSE TO 8: 2, THE GRINDING AMOUNT OF INNER RING SHOULD NOT BE TOO LARGE, SHOULD BE PRECISELY EVENLY COVERED THE WEAR MARKS BY OUTER RING.
